I purchased EasyDVD Pro to make DVDs of videos. It says burning was complete, but errors appear when trying to view on dad's player and computer. Can't view any of it. Who can I call to discuss how to get the correct settings?

There are no hidden settings in the application to copy your DVDs, but if the DVDs are heavily protected, then copying them won't work because you need to bypass decryption. Luckily, there are applications of this kind available on the Internet.

There is an application called DVDDecrypter that can help you decrypt the DVD: http://dvddecrypter.software.informer.com/
Note: Always use the application for personal use.
